Ruffino is a private AI-powered marketing platform for Food & Beverage brands, operated by Ziyada Food Consulting, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This platform is used internally to manage social media, content creation, and marketing automation.

Ruffino accesses the following data via Meta APIs:

Instagram Business Account information (account ID, username)
Instagram posts, comments, and direct messages for the brands managed on this platform
Meta Pages access tokens for publishing and responding to content

3. How We Use Data

Data collected through Meta APIs is used exclusively to:

Publish scheduled posts to Instagram Business accounts
Generate and send automated AI responses to comments and direct messages
Display analytics and performance metrics within the platform

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely in Supabase (encrypted at rest) and accessed only by authorized administrators of Ziyada Food Consulting. Access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed publicly.
