Ruffino is a private marketing automation platform for authorized Food & Beverage brand managers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of Ziyada Food Consulting and its affiliated brands.
Ruffino integrates with Meta's APIs to manage Instagram Business accounts. Users must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards when using features that interact with Meta services.
Ruffino uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content, captions, and responses. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publication. Ziyada Food Consulting is not liable for any AI-generated content published without review.
All platform code, design, and functionality is the intellectual property of Ziyada Food Consulting. Brand assets uploaded to the platform remain the property of their respective owners.
Ziyada Food Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including any issues arising from third-party API limitations or outages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
